RecommendedI have been coming to this store for over 6 years and would highly recommended it. Their staff is always helpful and have the knowledge to help with any project you may have. I recently had a problem with an advertised price on a flyer. They were more than willing to fix the issue. I will continue to frequent this location for the reason that they truly VALUE their customer base. Happy customer!

the employees were extremely helpful and made sure we had what we needed before we left!!! there was no returning to the store because we forgot something or anything like that!!! actually we had one part to many witch hey thste okay eith me I would rather the employees here tell us we needed to much then for them to not tell us what we really needed. then when we were checking out they was asking what kind of project we were doing and we told them and they were giving us pointers on how to finish the task!!!! awsome!!!!!!!!... read more

The employees at true value are always so helpful! This store has more than just hardware
They won't refund for hardware - boycott them - I bought chrome bolts at $2.49 each plus tax and got the wrong type - they refused to refund money -
When walking thru the front door I was pleasantly surprised what a wonderful store this is. Great people, great place!
