The woman that works the checkout area should be fired immediatly. She is so rude to the patients and doesnt care how she talks to them. Didn't get the woman's first name but her last name is CARTWRIGHT!
So I'm on Wellcare Medicaid of NC and I got my card and they put wrong office on there so they told me table rock family medicine and when I called and asked about a dr they said he doesn't practice there and so I asked if they take new patients for Wellcare and receptionist was very rude. I may have Medicaid but I do work no reason to be rude
My Doctor resigned from Table Rock Family Medicine who was also my Wife’s, my Mother’s, and two kids Doctor. We was treated horribly trying to get appointments. Luckily my Wife, and two kids was able have one of the physicians who knew and trusted take them on. This morning I had a new patient appointment and my alarm didn’t go off. First of all.. my dr retired and no one would see me at the office bc of the medicine he (the doctor at THEIR office) put me on even though I have been a patient there for 18 years!! Bc of medicine!!! That’s bull crap!! 2nd.. he wrote me a 3 months refill on my medicine until I could find a doctor.. everyone around here either didn’t take my insurance or not expecting new patients so I finally found a doctor in CONOVER.. so yes, every time I have to see the doctor which is often I have to drive 30 minutes.. all bc no doctor ... read more
