The nurse informed us that only one parent could be present in the room due to the doctor's pregnancy and her need to avoid being hot in the room. Lol, ok. We believe that both parents have the right to be present with their children. We will go somewhere else that wouldn't stop the parents from coming into the room with our children. This is not professional! I have already contacted Jacqueline Garner about this situation.
I would leave 0 stars if i could, my whole family used to go to table rock for our primary care doctor. Unfortunately my grandmother recently passed and in the process of grieving and trying to organize everything my grandfather missed three appointments in a row (he’s very forgetful, especially when under high stress) so Table Rock Family Medicine sent a lady out to our house with a local police officer and TRESPASSED him from the property of the doctors office. The woman that works the checkout area should be fired immediatly. She is so rude to the patients and doesnt care how she talks to them. Didn't get the woman's first name but her last name is CARTWRIGHT!
So I'm on Wellcare Medicaid of NC and I got my card and they put wrong office on there so they told me table rock family medicine and when I called and asked about a dr they said he doesn't practice there and so I asked if they take new patients for Wellcare and receptionist was very rude. I may have Medicaid but I do work no reason to be rude
