Great doctor and nurse
Terrible experience at this family medicine. Doctor left without any notification sent to me. Left me without the ability to immediately renew my prescriptions. Of course it's all about the $. They want me to make an appointment to refill prescriptions. After numerous blood tests and exams were already done recently. Just a real thorn in my side and a $ gimmick. I will not go back and do not recommend this family practice at all.
I sat in the waiting area listening to the receptionist call people and tell them that one of their doctors was willing to take them as a patient. After the phone call the lady hung up the phone and immediately started talking bad about the patient. One of their doctors is leaving so if they allow you to stay at the practice another doctor has to be willing to take you as a patient. It was my doctor leaving. I just had a question about being a new patient. Who ever answered was very rude and try to make me feel stupid.
The woman that works the checkout area should be fired immediatly. She is so rude to the patients and doesnt care how she talks to them
