I have been going here for a while and really like this office. I don’t feel like any medical office is perfect. I think records and appointments can at times be frustrating at all medical offices. Medical appointments are not always easy but I think it’s just part of life.
Dr Hemler is awesome. I hate going to the doctor, but he was extremely communicative and listened to me. I very much appreciate his care.
Literally CAN'T get in to see my doctor. Every appointment that I have scheduled, they have rescheduled. Then when it comes time for the new appointment (the one they rescheduled) they call a few days before and reschedule it again! This has been happening for months and now they are doing it to my husband too. I haven't been able to see my doctor since they closed the Cole Blvd location and moved here. This is essentially patient abandonment at this point which is a form of medical malpractice. Completely unacceptable.
