Working with this Doctor's Office has been incredibly frustrating. Every time I request a referral to a specialist, and I am told that the referral is sent, I call the specialist to schedule the appointment only to be told that they never received a referral. This has happened on multiple occasions, and every time this happens, I have to call the office again and again until the referral is actually sent. Front desk super nice! Doctors really not nice, defensive and dismissive
Updating my review from five stars to two stars. I was seeing Dr. Hemler here and liked him a lot. He left the clinic suddenly, and I was never even notified. The clinic said they sent a letter, but I never received it (nor did my mom who was also seeing Dr. Hemler). The way his departure was handled was very unprofessional. I'm also disappointed in Dr. Hemler. He never reached out to let me know he was changing clinics, and when I emailed him about trying to get info on his new clinic, he didn't even respond.
