I am a caregiver & am sending a review on behalf of my client. She has been trying to get a few prescriptions refilled for a few weeks. The pharmacist has tried calling! Britney is the best!
Working with this Doctor's Office has been incredibly frustrating. Every time I request a referral to a specialist, and I am told that the referral is sent, I call the specialist to schedule the appointment only to be told that they never received a referral. This has happened on multiple occasions, and every time this happens, I have to call the office again and again until the referral is actually sent.
