Their systems and communication is good, but I would not recommend them to handle a remodel. They used contractors that did not do work to code, used substandard parts, and went out of business shortly after doing the work. I was left holding the bag for $7,500 in repairs in the 18 months after a complete remodel.
We worked with Kiera as out of state investors and could not have had a better experience! She was really proactive and extremely knowledgeable about the market, and was able to help us with everything we needed! Hugely thankful for her support in the entire housing search and purchase process!
