I was a renter with the company from 2020 to 2023. The house was originally run by another property management group but a year after I moved in the home owner switched to this group. I had no issue with them until a month before our third lease ended in early 2023. We battled pests and rodents from the time we moved in and it never got fully addressed so I took matters into my own hands and hired pest control at my own expense.
