Wonderful evening of fine dining. Appetizers plus five courses all paired with wine. The passion for food by the cook was apparent in his dishes! The atmosphere and history lesson about the Lodge building was also very fun. I like the community table set-up too. Sign up quickly as with only 20 guests every Friday and Saturday it sells out fast! Well worth the drive up from Denver. You also get a 20% discount on your stay if you book at the Stanley!
I really can't believe that this thing exists. if you haven't had enough of all the pretentious people walking around within the first 5 minutes of being here, I commend you... Tami is also super rude and unpleasant. she talks to her co-workers like they are dogs, or at least some form of animal and it's disgustingly unkind... oh also the elk here is red deer from New Zealand.
