Terrible experience for family member. Lack of marketing, lack of open houses, pretty much horrible to deal with definitely not a go getter. If you have a cookie cutter house in cookie cutter neighborhood she might work for you, but if you have land, unique property, wanting best showing, wanting marketing with quality listing, pictures and AI staging, open houses, not your agent. So glad we found Tabitha! My husband and I along with our 4 kids moved to MO from AZ. This is the toughest real estate market we’ve ever been in and finding a home that would fit all of us, in the area we wanted to be in with a price we were comfortable with seemed like and impossible task.
