Please please bring your family here or work here if you don’t care about them or your mental health. The upper management doesn’t care about their staff they said they do but don’t. They run you with one aide with 2 person assist patients they don’t care if you are ran ragged. Also the patient care is poor because there is no staff. So please come to great wonderful Tabitha if you don’t care about yourself or your family.
I started working here at Tabitha a few months ago. I love the feeling of home and being so welcomed by staff and our residents. We are truly a family. Our continuum of care gives our residents peace of mind that as their needs change, they are able to stay in our community and won’t have to move. I’m so blessed to work here and grateful to spend time with amazing people!
My mom was one of the first ones to move into Tabitha at Prairie Commons when it opened, she moved into Independent first and now resides in Memory care. I’m so thankful that mom has the care she has and all the loving staff. I really feel that although it was hard for me to admit it was the best and safest place for mom to be I was put more at ease seeing all that Tabitha had to offer. Relation of mine are "pioneers" at Tabitha as they moved in to Tabitha opening day. Tabitha has been excellent for them there. They are enjoying the new friendships with residents and staff, the activities, their food, a full time pastor, ice cream and popcorn 24/7. Who wouldn't enjoy living there. We liked all the care levels that were offered at Tabitha along with the therapy. We made a wise choice making our family sell their home and helping them find Tabitha as an option.
