I was taken to Eventide Facility to do rehab for my neck surgery. From the time I arrived until the time I left I was treated like a king. The staff from all the different areas were truly amazing and deserve a 10 star rating. You all are amazing. I want to thank Greg and his staff for everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else to receive treatment. I check out the whole Facility and it is like a 5 start resort. Thank you all very much.
Prairie Commons is a great place to live. We have made many friends. The staff is great, we have a main meal or 13 other choices. Crafts, bingo, bus tours, Pool table, card and board games, corn hole and more. Eventide Prairie Commons is the best ❣️ 💖

My mom has been living in Memory Care at Eventide since February of 2026. I have been very pleased with her care. I cannot speak highly enough about the activities offered- both the daily activities that Marilyn provides to the Memory Care residents (Marilyn is the very, very best at what she does) to the incredible activities put together by the rest of the wonderful team - both on and off site. I am very grateful to the staff for providing my mom with the care, love, and joy that she deserves.
