The Worst.. I repeat .. Tabernas Tapas is The Worst Restaurant in Durham. No one I know has had a good experience there. The customer service is just bad. They don't care about satisfying their customers and are just very rude. For the life of me I have no idea how or even why they are in business. Waste of time and money.
RecommendedWe celebrated our 22nd anniversary here. Fantastic gem, beautiful atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, excellent food! Great beers on draft! We loved everything about Taberna Tapas! Special Thanks to the owner Chris who made an accommodation for us that we really appreciate! We highly recommend eating here and we will be coming back soon! 🙏👏

I took , my girlfriend in today before our flight and we were pleasantly suprised! The food was delicious, and our server was very friendly! Very nice ambiance and a good all around experience. The other waiter almost spilled water on us, and the bartender was staring at us the whole time however which made us uncomfortable. Our waiter did say he was training the other however, which didnt make since because he said that he had started the week prior. 3.5 out of 5 stars.
Awful experience all around! The hostess was on crutches, it was our servers third night and was given a table of 8! They were out of so many drinks! The portions are very small for what you are paying for! After waiting forever for our food and drinks we were given one check and told to figure out how to split it ourselves...after we received our check and were late to the event we had tickets to we finally receive two of our dishes and the waitress took the lords name in vain when we told her we didn’t want to pay for them... read more
