Always friendly and professional. Have been using Dr. Tabeling for years and he has been excellent.

The actual experience was fine, nothing special. However, I called back later because I was overcharged. I eventually found out that I was charged for a service I didn't want nor asked for. I called and explained to the lady on the phone. She completely understood and said she would talk to Dr. Tabeling. She eventually called me back and said that he refused to refund my money. I called back and talked to another lady who again understood. Dr. Tabeling again refused to do the right thing.
