Doctor Grodin was so nice and attentive. She listened, gave me advice and options, then let me decide the direction I wanted to go based off of the info she provided. The visit was smooth and quick. The staff is friendly. I felt comfortable the entire time.
After their acceptance of me and my Florida Blue Insurance and making an appointment for me many months ago they just called and canceled my appointment tomorrow at 2pm and said that Dra Tabata Grodin are not taking news patients and I have to reschedule for November. I have been waiting for more than 4 months already.This is very unprofessional patient treatment. They even contacted me this week for confirmation my appointment, then canceled today. Dr. Grodin is simply amazing. My entire pregnancy I felt at ease with her. She listens and truly cares. She is kind and never makes you feel rushed during an appointment. Not only did she take the absolute best care of my baby & I but she cared enough to remember the little details such as the potential names we picked and even our nursery theme.
