Had a really bad experience with an agent here over a year ago. The agent was working with the landlord who I rented my apartment from however had to break my lease due to serious circumstances forcing me to leave the city. The agent was very sneaky in finding other tenants behind my back (where my landlord had agreed, if I or the agent found a tenant, I would only pay 1 month rent vs 3 months to break the lease).
