Quality built beach homes.
Between not being able to get a response to warranty issues to just overall Very poor craftsmanship I would never recommend TAB for any project. He also went way over on turning my house over by months with no explanation. His office girl is really nice and does a great job but TAB himself is a nightmare to work with. At least half of my HVAC registers and returns are crooked, you can see a lot of the joints in the trim work due to them not using puddy or caulk on them and they even put 6 inch baseboard in my bathrooms, real... read more
When my wife and I discussed building our year-round home in Carova, Tab was at the top of the list to do the job. From start to finish, our build took about a year. That included me traveling from Maine to Carova to look at parcels of land for sale and make a decision. Tab assisted me in that process as well.
