I moved into The Village at Grant Square Apartments at the end of January. Excited to start fresh and free my son and I from a toxic relationship I moved in immediately. The first day I moved in I sat on the floor and when I got up there was dog hair all over my clothing. On December 17th 2018 I called to ask about when I would receive my deposit back and the office manager was very rude. I moved out on November 29, 2018 which was a Friday the office closed at 5:30. So over the weekend I still had the keys and on Monday I returned them. So I was charged for not bringing the keys back til Monday. Which when the office manager called me on Thursday when she seen the moving truck to ask me was I renewing lease.
