Tom is a great guy and truly puts himself into his work. He sold me a 97 Volvo 850 Sedan, and I fell in love with the car immediately. Even when there were some issues that came up post purchase, Tom helped me out immediately and made the process so easy. Can’t thank him enough!
My wife and I recently assisted my daughter with her search for a vehicle upgrade. I had been to TAB before to test drive a car, and was impressed with the fact that Tom wasn't pushy in trying to sell us a car. He also answered all of our questions. I recently (April) purchased a 2004 XC70 as my daughters first car. I found Tom to be conscientious, responsive, and knowledgeable. He also seemed like a genuinely nice guy. The Volvo had 123k miles on it and with the exception of a few expected minor issues (transmission fluid needed to be flushed ,tires needed to be rotated and air filter needed replacing, and at some point the transfer case fluid will need to be replaced) it was exactly what I expected when purchasing a used vehicle with high mileage.
