I've been here twice, once to get a mani pedi which I purchased from Groupon and I was so impressed with the salon and the atmosphere that I made an appointment to get a cut color. I went in a week later and got an amazing haircut and dark chocolate/black dye done. Everyone there is really professional and helpful! I was so happy with the prices too that I decided to treat myself to eyelash extensions as well. They look very natural and the whole process only took about 10 mins. Walk-in service is limited and its hard to make an appointment. Main tech has a poor attitude

This place sucks! Shainaz is a Nice lady but she did a terrible job with my mani/padi. My feet feel like sandpaper after her pedicure, I have never had such a sloppy pedicure in my life. She didn't even file my nails properly they were all Uneven and half uncut, I had to ask her to clean under my nails!. I asked her to remove the dead skin she told me she wouldn't do it and told me to apply Vaseline at night. This is standard practice at any salon.
