Useless shop as all TA's shops... Our truck got broke down in front of the shop, at their parking lot, they came out, tried to jump it, it did not work, then the "mechanic" said he can't fix it and we need to tow it to a dealership, without running a diagnostic or even check it. We called another guy in the area, he replaced the starter, and we went back to the road, quick and easy. Not sure if TA is hiring whoever said that is a mechanic, or if they are just lazy.
Great mechanics at this location , alejandro is awesome . Professional and very thorough . He fixed my trailer ABS light that another location totally fumbled . Stop by and get your truck / trailer fixed here .
Joe is an awesome employee i wish TA had more people like him working. Keep it up Joe you are doing honest work and people appreciate that!
The repair crew were nice kids
Came in to get my transmission oil changed on 8/9/25. Arrived bright and early and was first in line. Pulled into bay 1. Mechanic says, boss man, we cant change your transmission oil, only dealer can. Hmmmm Mr Mechanic. Sounds like you are not certified because that is a false statement. I wouldnt let this genius work on my truck now even if he was right. How the hell?
