service writer here has a poor attitude and not good with customers. Too long waiting on parts. Been down for two days with no ETA on repair.
Recommendedgood service out of the last two years today was my first negative issue with a clerk. manager came out immiedetly and solved it and refunded my money.
Trailer air valve replaced okay but am always concerned about getting repairs done in a pretty filthy shop.
The guy that you all have emptying the trash decided to make coffee with the same gloves on I watched him take out new coffee filters well gloves he used to pull trash. And why is the pizza always burned.
Had a bolt in my tire waited about 1 1/2 hours. Friendly and helpful in the shop.
