I want to leave a review for Kemon, the TA tech who helped me. He did a wonderful job — very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping customers. I filled up full tank of diesel here with in 3 hrs I had issues with my truck water in the fuel, I spend and paid about almost $2800.00, first things I went to loves mechanic shop they just changed the diesel filter but couldn’t drain the full of water I I paid there about $300.00 and then they told me to go to another mechanic shop to do that so I had to paid them $24500.00 to finish all the work. Got my fuel and def. Now bout to head next door and get my truck washed. I like coming here because they have plenty of parking, on site truck repair, blue beacon next door and different foods options once you come inside. Located right off I-10 Thompson Road exit if you're looking for somewhere to take your break, get fuel/def or if you need to stop for whatever reason. Been coming here for years. So stop by if you're looking for anything truck related and need to take a load off.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding very poor customer service and rude behavior at your TA Truck Stop on January 17, 2026, around 2:00 PM. I attempted to scale my truck and trailer. I waited on the scale for 30 minutes with no response. I was told to “wait,” so I waited an additional 10 minutes, making it 40 minutes total on the scale.
