To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding very poor customer service and rude behavior at your TA Truck Stop on January 17, 2026, around 2:00 PM. I attempted to scale my truck and trailer. I waited on the scale for 30 minutes with no response. I was told to “wait,” so I waited an additional 10 minutes, making it 40 minutes total on the scale. I always get my oil changed at this shop. This mediocre company has mechanics who aren't certified for a simple oil change on a natural gas engine. They should be working at NASA. Your truck requires shutting down the entire place and checking for leaks. Total destruction of the country.
I don’t know what happened but 23 years ago it was a very good place to stop at. Now the parking lot is full of garbage and abandoned vehicles. Blue landstar truck. Not even safe to walk your fur baby for fear of them stepping on someone or eating something. The guy that is supposed to be cleaning up the garbage just rides around in the cart and hides in the back parking lot. I saw him do that 4 times last night and not clean anything.
