Absolutely the most horrible experience possible with TA. Mechanic needs to be fired for attitude and disrespect. Took 15hrs to be pulled into bay for tire. Then another 5hrs to get job done. Most TAs are pretty good. This one absolutely sucks and will never send any of my drivers back.

I stopped by TA number 17 to Remove trailer skirt this is what happened to me damage on my trailer and people work in there are unprofessional My advice for all drivers don’t ever stop on TA shop do you really don’t know what you’re doing And I’m loaded and I’m late. It’s been since six hours waiting here
The manager Niki and Abby are so rude and nasty they all have attitudes i will never go there again they need to be fired
