My mom and I have been going there for four years and we continued to go there because it was close and easy to get to. Today we went in to get a pedicure and they did not acknowledge us at first and when they did were very rude. I would recommend Kiwi Nails on tangerine. You get what you pay for there and they don't do the bare minimum. TA Nails just expects you to keep coming and they took advantage of that.
The folks here are skilled at what they do, friendly, and offer reasonable prices. I started going at the suggestion of a friend several months ago and now go every 2 weeks for gel manicures and every 4 for a pedicure.
Had a 4:30 appointment, sat there waiting for 45 minutes.no one acknowledge me waiting or the fact that I was still waiting for my appointment. They didn't even say sorry for waiting or that they would help me soon.got tired of just waiting.told them I was taking my name off because I waited 45 minutes from the time of appointment. They just said bye.so rude.they could of at least said sorry for waiting but no.four other people also just walked out before me.so I did the same. Never going there again.
