She’s a wonderful Therapist . I always hate transitioning and after five year I had to find another therapist and i’m also on still in my spiritual journey and she also practices Zen ( meditation ) so it just made me reach out and it was the best decision . My first session with Ms. Tamara was great but I have come to learn that the lack of communication is a problem with this establishment. Needless to say I had a session scheduled virtually. I waited 25 mins in that 25mins of waiting I called the office no answer I sent an email no answer. I also text my counselor and no response. It really sucks when you are looking forward to your sessions and then nobody communicates with you.

During my time using Tamara’s Promise services I worked with Lawrence Anderson. Lawrence’s attitude allowed me to feel safe when speaking to him. He helped me see the issues in my life from a different perspective and helped me think of methods and thought patterns to work through these issues.

Tamara William's is so easy to talk to, it truly feels like you're talking to a friend when venting to her. She made me feel so much understanding and empowerment just from our first session. Then we ended our empowering talk with blindly turning to this gem of a quote: "I speak up for myself with ease. I am intelligent and powerful!" ! With my issues in confidence that I've been working to resolve, I've been repeating this daily and my mentors have began to see a difference in my confidence too! Thank you!
