Chris Zlotnicki was polite, friendly and very professional. He absolutely addressed every one of my concerns and fixed my air conditioning right away. The support staff that answered the phone was very nice and assured me that they would be able to help. The next day service was a bonus also. Would definitely recommend Airtron.

Their maintenance techs are great the back end staff can be a bit slow. Although days seem like weeks during a heat wave. I ultimately went with another company for a unit replacement. But this lot was a close contender. I would recommend them.

I was more than pleased with my experience with Airtron in Nashville. The rep (Jeff Rainey) was very professional and helpful. He was not one of your normal pushy sales reps. I contacted the office in Nashville on Linbar Dr. to give them the go ahead to schedule installation. Since it was close to my home I decided to stop by the office and met Karen Moon and Shane Cogdon.
