Coaches here are hit or miss. We did the ninja tots program and there was a coach that often seemed irritated with the kids. There was a time when they just sat on the floor for a good 15 minutes doing nothing. Once you sign up for a session, they send a barrage of emails asking you to commit to the next session. I made the mistake of doing this too early and my child was no longer interested in attending. If I wanted to withdraw, they would only provide a 50% refund. My son loves it here. He has been doing Ninja Warrior with Team Awesome for years. His confidence, fitness, and teamwork has all improved. I also started personal training here and soon there will be rock climbing. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for a kids party! Just had my children’s birthday party there with 20 children ages 5 & 6 and it was fantastic. JD and Miles were so patient with the kids and knowledgeable about the course. They kept all the children safe. The children’s area is separate from the adult gym so you don’t feel in the way. Separate seating area for parents. Separate room for cake and they supply all the paper goods. Meticulously clean. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.
