They need people who are properly trained on the equipment....6 months ago they had problems running the tests...and now it was actually worse - one of the doctors actually had to show them how to do it! I have no problem with Dr Royal - she is a gem - but the tests run are CRUCIAL and NEED to be done CORRECTLY and efficiently. This placve has gone downhill since I started going years ago.
Horrible experience! I came in for an appointment for glasses and contacts, at a -3.50 did my eye exam and was given sample contacts at a -3.25 and Immediately felt like they were wrong as my vision was very blurry, I was told to give them a week and was sent home. Later that day I called and told them they were wrong and I didn’t feel comfortable wearing the wrong prescription for a week, I was offered a follow up appointment the next day with a different doctor, went in and was told I was under powered and increased my pre... read more
