I went to Shelly on 3/4/26..I moved from upstate new york a year ago...she is my 3rd stylist here in Sussex i have gone to .i could not find anyone to get my hair color correct and i had the formula....I HIT THE JACKPOT..Shelly is the BEST for highlighting my hair..exactly what I requested..she spent 2.25 hours on my hair..HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER..
Shelly is amazing. She did my daughters hair for her wedding. It turned out great. Also go for cuts, perms, and waxes.
I have been going to Shelly for quite some time. She is very friendly and listens to what you're requesting, as far as length of hair and style. Would definitely recommend her.
