Great working environment.
I was a resident of Rosewood Condominiums at Flower Hill. When I first moved in, this association had issues over issues and was run by a separate company. Then they switched to Covenant Solutions. Nothing really improved. The community became a cesspool of lawlessness and lack of accountability for everyone. Trash everywhere, safety issues, run down buildings, etc. to the point that some residents have issues selling their units to get out of there.
