I ordered Pho Nam with beef shank (as advertised in the menu), got Pho Nam with tripe. If you're going to be ripping people off with offal, you should at least let them know ahead of time. I'm completely disgusted with this place after two bad experiences. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and urging my friends to do the same. Don't understand how their still open with their shady business etiquette (look at their responses to yelp reviews!), poor service and substandard food!
