Extremely Poor Warranty Support – Unresponsive and Unreliable I am extremely disappointed with my experience with T3. I purchased a product from them a month ago, and within 10 minutes of opening it, part of the surface covering peeled off when I attempted to remove the protective film. Returned item with tracking number with proof of receipt. No refund after it being received 2 months. Complete scammers. DO NOT BUY from them or their products for that matter. BUYER BEWARE!
Extremely slow response and turn around in handling returns. I’d never purchase thru their website again.
