Very disappointing experience with LAB Auto Groupe, especially Jay. I felt they cared more about their own profit than customers. Communication was poor, and I felt I was given misleading information. Please be careful and do your research before trusting this shop.
Really bad customer service, dont know what they are talking about. Also they claim that they go through 'insurance' but ig dosent seem to appear on the Google page. Like I said dont know what they are doing
Amazing service, friendly staff and overall professionals. Got my car fixed in no time and all I had to do was sit back and relax. Didn't have to spend a single dollar, they even paid for the car to be towed from 2 hours away. Honestly couldn't have found a better company to deal with repairs. They even dealt with insurance, didnt even let me pay the deductible charge. 10/10 amazing service. 100% recommended.

Scammers in one word. Absolute rubbish. They overcharge your insurance leaving a big claim on your car. They will charge you 6k for a 2k damage. They replaced my bumper with a fake aftermarket one while promising me an OEM one. They didn’t put in the screws and panel gaps are everywhere. They are blacklisted by insurance companies. Don’t take you vehicle to them if you are about it.
