I first used Oscar at T21 Builders in Jan 2024 for severe drainage issues causing damage to my home. I called several companies and received estimates from 20k to as high as 30k. I needed landscaping, concrete, and gutter repair to fix the problem. Oscar completed the job for under 7k. He provided suggestions saving me money and a detailed job description needed for my homeowners association. I had seen Oskar's work in pictures from his home building. I hired him to do my basement bathroom remodeling and flooring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the way we wanted. Very organized and kept project on schedule. We are very happy with the results! Kristi

After moving into a new house, we were stuck with an old, cracked driveway. Oskar and his crew handled the demo and poured a beautiful new driveway. It was done timely and looks amazing. I realize this is just a small job compared to building houses from the ground up, but I was 100% satisfied and recommend them.
