I was a regular customer. But yesterday, I was really upset. I showed them a picture saying I wanted an ombre done. They didn't know how to, I was already there for an hour. So while the lady next to her tries to help her, then I realized they both didnt know what they wefe doing. Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience of my life. My daughter wanted to get her nails done before her first day of school, so I squeezed out time to make an appointment. This place used to be busy, but clearly the ownership has changed—and not for the better. While removing cuticles, they didn’t just trim them—they ripped off actual skin. I had a very concerning experience at this nail salon. I witnessed a customer’s finger start bleeding during service, and the staff’s response was completely inappropriate. They first told the customer to just put water on it, then tried using alcohol in a way that was painful and unhelpful. The customer was understandably uncomfortable and tried to leave, but the nail technician kept insisting it was “okay” and tried to stop them from leaving.
