The dealership sent my vehicle here to have the trunk and fender repainted. Unfortunately, my experience after the repair was very disappointing. I contacted the shop multiple times last year regarding issues with the paint. Each time I was told, “Call back next week,” and when I did, I was again told I would receive a call back the following week. I even stopped by in person to have the issue inspected. T1 auto was an incredible customer service experience. I was given great information on what, when and how my vehicle would be repaired. The dates of my vehicle being in the shop was exactly what I was told. My vehicle turned out perfect. Good as new. I highly recommend them.

I have taken two of my cars to Mike at T1 to get body work done and my experience was excellent. He helped me navigate the entire process, kept me informed of timelines and delivered both cars in impeccable condition. They do excellent work, have great customer service (provide updates frequently) and care about each customer that walks thru the door. I highly recommend!
Mike and his team are friendly and professional and make the process as painless as possible. They definitely know what they are doing and the results speak for themselves: you will get your vehicle back in better-than-new condition. I will not trust my vehicle repairs to anyone else.
