Every time I have gone to T-World, I have had no issues. They DO have proper signage that indicates store policy and refund policy. Whenever I have spoken with the woman at the cash register, she has always been very nice to me and has even given me free goodies. The man who works there has also helped me find what I was looking for with no issue. Yes, they are rude. This is a place I will not never spent my money at. They display clothing on the wall but have none in stock. If you ask they will laugh and say not in your size.
so i called to see if they had a certain type of shirt and they did and well i wanted to know the price of what im going to buy before i drive all the way over there and they would not let me know the price because they were busy but the person told me in the most rude way i was not happy and to top it off hangs up on me very rude employees all i wanted to know was the price and what i get is hanged up on!!
This place is so bad it deserves NO stars!! First of all, the women who work their are rude and extremely hard to communicate with! They are greedy people, who just want to take and rob you of your money!! I went in and bought some shoes, took them home tried them on with socks and they didn't fit, So I go back within a 8 minute time period ( I kid you not)..
