We experienced storm damage from a microburst that hit our home. While the insurance company initially refused to cover the repairs, Tom stepped in and guided us through a year-long process—ultimately securing a brand new roof for us. We’re incredibly grateful for his dedication and persistence.
I regret ever letting Tom Williams on my property and you will too. As you can see in his response attacking someone with their personal name and location. Go read his other 1 star reviews that are buried under friends reviews. It really is hard finding good work these days.. Should of known when this “roofer” could barely set up or climb a ladder.. Our roof replacement is the result of hail damage. Tom worked with us through the entire process. When the installation date came, his crew was incredibly efficient. Tear-off, install, replace skylights, add ridge vent, protect property, etc. They were timely and cleaned up as if nothing occurred. Highly recommend T. Williams roofing.
