This is our second build with Tim and I can not sing his praises enough! His is absolutely meticulous in his attention to detail! He is the ultimate professional and genuinely wants to see his clients dreams come to fruition. Tim has made, what I thought would be a daunting process, enjoyable and exciting! I am beyond grateful!
Tim and his tradesmen are the best I’ve seen! I’ve been in plumbing all my life and worked with some characters that called themselves GC’s, Tim can definitely call himself a GC. We’ve built one house with Tim and his crews and are now building our second. The attention to detail, professionalism and positive attitude have made these builds enjoyable and a pleasure. Excellent builder, very detailed builder. Honest and trustworthy
I personally have did work with T. Whelan Homes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say that I have never worked with a builder that pays as much attention to detail, and quality workmanship as Tim does. While no house is perfect, Tim's projects are as close to perfect as you will find.
Best builder in town. Highly recommend. Most honest and professional builder I have done business with.
