Stay away from this shop for alignments. Go somewhere else. They installed my new Michelin steer tires and performed an alignment. The truck immediately pulled to the right. I brought it back, and they adjusted it a second time, but still couldn’t get it right. Less than 70,000 miles later, those new Michelins were ruined because of the bad alignment. These guys did a great job on the alignment of my E450 short bus with a good price on the alignment and 10 ply tires !
I went today to T&W to get a set off stear tires for semi truck the guy at the front desk asked what me what I needed, he told me what they have, and he told me that they have only 2 brands available, but yesterday when I talked to the guy at the front desk over the phone and they had bigger selection, then I told him what I was told over the phone, then he said that the guy lied to me over the phone, so when I asked him today what they have available he said that they have available some michlines and Yokohama and recaps, I... read more
