I was an unreferred walk in, found T&W with Google after my car’s back right tire hit something on 135 and exploded. I imagine that my vehicle presented a significant pain in the ass for T&W but they handled it with speed, humor and grace. I’ll take my vehicle back there again. They managed to get the old, stripped lugs off the bolts, explained why the replacements I provided weren’t safe and wouldn’t fit, and then they sourced the correct part. I also bought two new tires. Tired of seeing folks disrespect the US flag for self promotion under the guise of patriotism. The flag code states our flag "should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever." That includes making it your business truck wrap. Self promotion and flag disrespect is NOT patriotism.

I used to make the trek from south Wichita to use this shop, but just went and found out that Greg Williams Jr. isn’t there anymore. He’s good attitude and quality work made the trip out there worth it.
Wanted to replace my tires on my motorhome 2 days before leaving on a 2000 mile trip. I replaced the front tires with a direct replacement Michelin. I replaced the original Michelin tires on drive axle and tag axle with Toyo’s. T&W Tire recommended, and I purchased, the Toyo M153 tire. I found the tires to be rougher and louder than the original Michelin tires.
