I came in with squared nails. The lady filed three nails on right hand at an outward angle and one on the left hand as well. She was very rough (an hour after my experience ther skin around nail still burns). When I stopped her to show her she said “I do nails 22 years nobody complains” and some other stuff I didn’t understand. I showed her they weren’t square and she would grab hand and turn around and say see squared but the were still angled. I really enjoy my pedi and mani there :) They're really nice if you talk to them.
My child really love this place. She love their kitty chair and I'm happy that she's happy! ~Pretty Nice Place.
I literally was in shock the entire time I was at the salon. I waited for an entire hour before anyone even acknowledged me, then a lady came over with a bowl of warm soapy water and put my hands in it, then left me for another 15 minutes. She then came over with an artificial nail file and began to saw away at my nails without even asking what I wanted. She ended up breaking 2 of my nails. It took 2 hours to have my nails done, which turned out terrible. I could go on and on but I won't. Don't waste your time or money.
Everyone was so insanely rude! Not to mention dirty! The guy put me in the chair to dry my nails and the table was covered in grease and finger prints! Not to mention a dirty glass jar with wet lollipop sticks in it! Gross!!! Then he tried to charge $8 MORE than what the price was!! While I was getting my nails done, his wife had just sat done to do someone else's nails and they went back and forth for ten minutes while she tried to get them to pay for more something she didn't even want! This place was absolutely HORRIBLE. The "lady" who did my eyebrows was rude and burned me with the wax. She was in such a hurry, but I would've waited 'til she was done with the person's nails she was working on if she was gonna act like that. She was so rough, it was absolutely uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend that ANYONE go to this "spa."
