Nick was awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
TL;DR: I’m a fat guy (“powerfully built” according to the T-Town guys ) getting back into cycling after several years off the bike. They took great care of fitting my bike to me. Everybody there is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to providing the best customer service. Went in for a basic bike fit with my 13 year old TREK. Super friendly and welcoming, and they were able to quickly address issues on a used bike I had bought. They quoted me up something reasonable, mentioning they'd call if more needed to be done. They did, citing a little bit more and totally reasonable. They were able to tune up my brakes, clean up and adjust my derailleur, get the fork on the correct way, re-install the pedals properly, and I was out riding in a day! I had an older manitou suspension fork that needed service and there wasn’t much good info about online. The team in the service shop at T Town went above and beyond to get the info needed to get the job done, including multiple calls to Manitou corporate and two complete tear downs. They were awesome and I will bring all my suspension service needs here in the future!
i don't ride specialized but they are by far the best mechanics in town. saved me in the last year at least four times and have had me back out ripping in little to no time with a much appreciated low price. been using them since 2012 and every year they've added more reasons to keep using them.
