Super friendly and welcoming, and they were able to quickly address issues on a used bike I had bought. They quoted me up something reasonable, mentioning they'd call if more needed to be done. They did, citing a little bit more and totally reasonable. They were able to tune up my brakes, clean up and adjust my derailleur, get the fork on the correct way, re-install the pedals properly, and I was out riding in a day! I keep breaking my mountain bike on Turkey Mountain, and these excellent folks keep repairing it. They do a great job, they are very friendly, the technicians are obviously exceptional. They’ve always had a great selection of saddles, helmets, and shoes and other accessories. If I need any bike repaired at all, I bring them to T-Town. Thanks!
Jason made me feel very welcomed and I really enjoyed how helpful, friendly and approachable he was. He answered all my questions and everyone working was also just as friendly.
