Bought a couple mighty probes with the slide hammers from this company. The one ended up failing prematurely within a couple months, called up asking what they could do. Said I could purchase another one . Pretty said considering the relative newness of the product . Poor product and poor customer service from this company and their representative Alex . Pretty disappointing, overall considering how big they are in the Wastewater industry
