Took my mower in for tune up and repair. Get the call,mower is ready,come get it. Go to pick it up, it's not fixed. Found out it was irreparable. The guy on the phone made no mention that it was not able to be repaired. The guy working the counter was clueless. The other guy at the other register was a complete A-hole and very rude. Will never patronize them again.
They broke the grip on the pull cord during repair. Noticed it was broken when I got the lawnmower home. Called and they said they would be happy to fix it if the lawnmower did not cut the grass. The man said to get back with them after the autumn season if the lawnmower did not cut grass. He was basically implying that it should not matter if the grip is broken if the lawnmower does it job at cutting the grass. Don't trust them – I brought in a Toro mower for repair. At that time I did not know exactly what was with wrong with the mower. I was assured that they could fix it. After paying around $50 dollars for getting the carburetor cleaned and a needle valve replaced along with a $6 air filter the mower was still not fixed. I took the mower back in and after getting the mower back a few days later I was told it was just a bad gas cap which I was charged five dollars for. Why was the gas cap not looked at first?
