Was really excited to rent one of their apartments, but staff never returned emails or phone calls.

Apartments are nice and spacious, however, it's hard to get ahold of staff. We did not have floors for the first month or so of rent, but still paid full price. Two of the bathrooms still don't have doors after five months, and there have been problems with mold. One of the bathroom ceilings still leak after five months which also causes mold growth. Have submitted multiple requests without a solution.

The apartments are spacious and we get a ton of compliments on it all the time. They fix things relatively fast (as they only have a few maintenance works for 3 apartments, a few houses, and commercial properties.) the rent is a little higher priced but its worth it for the location so close to UNI, and its on a dead end street so there is very little traffic. Apartment we rented was fine. Large kitchen, bathroom and living room to have people over. Got many compliments on the apartment. It was perfect location, close to campus and local bars. Other properties we were shown were nice as well. Management needs some improvement, a couple issues with getting ahold of them/being ignored when living there. The management is difficult to get a hold of, but the apartments are fairly nice.
