Jesse did a great job. He is very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me while he was working. Very professional service that I will use again.
After getting estimates on replacement of my furnace and air-conditioner my decision was to go with T & T. One main factor was a recommendation from a friend. I am very pleased, thus far. The replacement was done two days ago. Like many other replacements, there were opportunities for problem solving. The three technicians that were doing the work stuck with it until a resolution was found. Very pleased with promptness, kindness and follow through.
So far so good. Signed the contract. Now we will see how good T&T is. Sales rep was very responsive, respectful, and I believe very honest. Time will tell!!
