T&T never lets us down. We’ve used multiple companies that don’t do what they promise, but T&T does that and more. It’s nice to have a company that looks out for us on things we’re not thinking about daily.
Guy was nice, but price was outrageous! 89.50 for trip and they are 4 miles away.Didnt fix anything, he explained he had no control over price,which I understand.said in order to get it running would be another 799.00 will never recommend will NEVER use them again.woman was very rude on the phone when tech couldn’t find our house.Because I didn’t answer the phone. 4am on Friday I have to call for an Emergency fix with my Hot Water Heater. I had water everywhere. Matt came out and was very professional, concerned and did a great job getting me fixed. Very happy with my service. They will be fixing my furnace this Thursday.
