I am extremely impressed with T n T Nail Salon in Prattville. I have recently started getting my pedicures at this incredible little business. I truly appreciate the hospitality of the new owner Huan. Anna and Helen took extremely good care of me and my best friend, and I thoroughly enjoy the laid back environment of the salon. Always an awesome experience! I feel like a valued customer as soon as I walk in the door. Lisa is exceptionally talented, and she takes the time to ensure my nails are beautiful every time. This is a fun environment with friendly employees, and I highly recommend it!
If I can give this place a zero I would. The manager of the nail salon is disgustingly rude. When I could no longer take his right de behavior I asked for someone else to paint my nails he became very belligerent and rude; Cursing and yelling at me. In addition, the young lady that was supposed to work on my friends manicure went on a 30 minute phone call and left her waiting! Save yourself the time and the trouble! I went in to get a full set/French tips. To walk out with this (see photo) I am not new to getting my nails done. Nor was getting the service I requested and unfortunately paid for. The woman who did them MUST be new to doing nails… having her represent T N T is a HUGE mistake on their part. She lacks skill and basic knowledge. PLAIN AND SIMPLY PUT, MY NAILS ARE UGLY!!!
