i went to get my eyebrows waxed, and i told the waxer i wanted to wait on my friend to get done with her nails because i've never had waxing done before. she proceeded to yell at me and make fun of me to her coworkers. then asked if i've ever had waxing, which i said no, and then laughed in my face. very unprofessional. and she made my eyebrows too thin like i originally told her not to.
I usually went to get my eyebrows done in Montgomery. But ever since I started going here I don’t go nowhere else!!! 10/10
I am extremely impressed with T n T Nail Salon in Prattville. I have recently started getting my pedicures at this incredible little business. I truly appreciate the hospitality of the new owner Huan. Anna and Helen took extremely good care of me and my best friend, and I thoroughly enjoy the laid back environment of the salon. Always an awesome experience! I feel like a valued customer as soon as I walk in the door. Lisa is exceptionally talented, and she takes the time to ensure my nails are beautiful every time. This is a fun environment with friendly employees, and I highly recommend it!
If I can give this place a zero I would. The manager of the nail salon is disgustingly rude. When I could no longer take his right de behavior I asked for someone else to paint my nails he became very belligerent and rude; Cursing and yelling at me. In addition, the young lady that was supposed to work on my friends manicure went on a 30 minute phone call and left her waiting! Save yourself the time and the trouble!
