I called they said 25 dollars and I than the guy was super rude huffing and puffing like he didn’t really want to do my nails . Finally done and the color messed up they had to fix it and got mad about it . Than getting ready to pay they said 65 dollars . Note I only got a set and no gel color I brought my own in . I will never go back I promise you . If you’re smart don’t go there .
0 Star – I Do Not Recommend This Nail Salon. Despite them already having three stars, I came anyway, out of convenience. The nail tech was rude. I only came to this nail shop because I’m temporarily here at Fort Knox and it was the most convenient option, but I would not recommend it to anyone. They do not accept American Express and tried to force me to use their ATM, which I couldn’t do because I didn’t have my debit card. I really like going to this nail salon. They are always very friendly and do an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable.
I’ve been getting my nails done for years, usually opting for a classic French tip because it’s simple and versatile. However, this recent experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The pedicure was done by an older woman (I assume she was the grandmother). She used gel polish but didn’t seem to understand or speak English, which made communication difficult.
