I just had my nails done here by Simon. This is not the first time, but the second time with him. All I asked for was a fill just like the last time which was 2.5 weeks ago. In the past Kim has been doing my nails and it was a cost of $37. Simon tried to change me $52 because my nails are long, he had to file and shape them, repair the nail he put on that fell off after 5 days and something about solar gel? Thu is the absolute BEST and so incredibly sweet! I have been going to her for 19 years and have never had a problem! The rest of the staff have always been very kind and welcoming at every appointment! Highly recommended!!
This place is horrible to say the least!! This is not my normal place to get my nails done. I was in a hurry and needed a repolish. This place has an issue with regular polish and makes excuses when it comes off the next day! They do not honor their work and the girl who polished them had a definite attitude! The place was filthy too!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
My mom and I have been going here for 10+ years and never had any issues with acrylics, gel, pedicures, etc! The prices are fair and the employees are so kind and always talkative and friendly. Great place for kids too. The whole staff has been there for many years and treat their customers amazing! If there is ever a mistake or you accidentally nick your nail they always fix with no complaints or attitude.
This is the only nail salon I will go to. The service is outstanding, both in the way they care for the clients and their skills at doing nails. They are all wonderful and caring people!! I usually go to Linda, and she is extremely kind, patient, and skilled.
