If you could see the state of my nails, you would be truly horrified. The nails I actually received look nothing like the reference photo I showed them. Furthermore, an elderly woman did them—someone who clearly couldn't see properly. I want you to fix this free of charge. The nails are too thick, the filing is atrocious, and the whole job is disgusting. I had my nails done because I'm getting married, and now they are a complete disaster.
Went in today with no appointment and I was able to get a manicure and pedicure after waiting for a short time. My technician was so gentle with both procedures and had great customer service. She helped me with picking out colors and designing my nails. I absolutely loved my experience and will make this my nail salon! Thank you!
They did a terrible job on my nails; they filed them crookedly and applied the polish hideously.
I just had my nails done here by Simon. This is not the first time, but the second time with him. All I asked for was a fill just like the last time which was 2.5 weeks ago. In the past Kim has been doing my nails and it was a cost of $37. Simon tried to change me $52 because my nails are long, he had to file and shape them, repair the nail he put on that fell off after 5 days and something about solar gel? Thu is the absolute BEST and so incredibly sweet! I have been going to her for 19 years and have never had a problem! The rest of the staff have always been very kind and welcoming at every appointment! Highly recommended!!
