I saw a tiktok video of this salon and I was very intrigued bc they said it was low odor and a vegan salon. I called to ask some Qs about their services and how do they remove gel/acrylic/gel x etc off the nails bc I absolutely hate the drills. Most techs over drill to try and hurry to finish your nails and 9/10 times I end up with damaged nail beds and the ring of fire. After speaking with someone, I decided to book an appt. Visited Douce Mains for the first time after reading some positive reviews. I'm glad I did. I think I found my new nail salon finally after moving into the area. Beyond great customer service! The salon is clean and nice as well. Mina did my pedicure and did an excellent job. She paid extra attention and care around a toe I had been battling an ingrown toe nail with. My sister and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The service was excellent, and they really took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. The complimentary drinks were a lovely touch, and the fruit-infused tea was absolutely delicious! It made the visit even more relaxing. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for great customer service and a comfortable, enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
