Long wait time despite having an appointment. Seemed like they book more than they can service however they were all business no play. They were not rude but just not as talkative and they were determined to do a good job quickly & they did once they got started. Didn’t like that there were additional charges (like an additional $10 for a particular shape, additional charges for an extra color-thankfully they waived that for me to compensate for my long wait time. I got my toes done here, I usually go to one or two places, this not being one. I went here because it was convenient to my days and plans. I felt as though I barely got anytime in the hot water and the tools looked unclean as well as the foot exfoliator. Didn’t really get any kind of massage. Was cringing the whole time, and unhappy with the experience- I usually have a much more relaxing time at my normal 2 spots I go to. that being said they did get my nails done and it worked out ok so far. I went to T & T for my vacation nails and Thao took care of my nails and my toes and Thao did the best job ever!! I have never been so happy with the outcome of my acrylic nails and Thao did a full set and full pedicure 🙌 definitely coming back with family! Very comfortable and clean. I am so happy! Cant wait to go on vacation now!!! Thank you so much Thao!!!
