Very unprofessional. Nails do not last. This place treats non-white patrons poorly. The round large bodied manager has a bad attitude and is extremely rude. It is obviously when she speaks poorly of patrons in her language because she will motion towards them with a snarky or mean face and the other workers will look and sometimes laugh. She made me uncomfortable. I saw them quickly turn away an African American man who came in asking for manicure. I do not recommend.
Awful experience. First off they do not greet black customers friendly. I just knew from there my experience was going to be awful and I was right. I came in for a refill bad decision. My nails came out uneven and not filled all the way. My real nails were exposed in some areas just terrible! I showed the nail tech the work and she said she would fix it. What she did was put on like six coats of gel polish, and that made my nails extra thick a few nails were different sizes. I had to pay $50 dollars for a basic uneven fill. ... read more
I love coming here the nail techs are amazing! Every time i come with inspo pictures, they execute it greatly. I recommend 10/10
I love the service here!! Ken always make my nails exactly how I want them! With shape and color he is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend him!
Long wait time despite having an appointment. Seemed like they book more than they can service however they were all business no play. They were not rude but just not as talkative and they were determined to do a good job quickly & they did once they got started. Didn’t like that there were additional charges (like an additional $10 for a particular shape, additional charges for an extra color-thankfully they waived that for me to compensate for my long wait time.
