Dr. Lam is truly wonderful—kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure. She is also very meticulous about the work she performs, which I greatly appreciate. However, I’m giving one star due to the front desk staff. Our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Kim and we were able to get an appointment within days! The front desk staff are so kind and Dr. Kim is an absolute gem! All of our questions were answered in great detail and we left the appointment feeling relief about the situation.
Dr. Lam saw me promptly at the scheduled appointment time. She is personable and professional.
Just had a referral from my doctor to visit Dr Lam and both the front office and Dr Lam were absolutely amazing! Excellent clinic that is fast and welcoming and ensuring you get an apt quickly!
