My experience with this clinic (and with dr. Andrea Lam in particular) has been excellent. The front staff was very pleasant and professional, the wait time was minimal, and dr. Lam was not only very knowledgeable, but also very friendly. I needed a small procedure which she did quickly, painlessly and efficiently. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
I had the most wonderful experience at T&T with Dr Lam!! The receptionist was so sweet and Dr Lam is so kind and knowledgeable. 12/10 highly recommend!
I had my appointment a few days ago. I waited 2 months for this appointment and was out of there in 5 minutes. Felt super rushed and did not feel like they wanted to help me. I’d rather pay more to go to someone who will put in the effort.
My daughter had a wonderful experience with Dr Kim. She is lovely. The front desk lady was so upset with her though, since she had to call her dad for payment and use his credit card. The front desk lady actually said " You don't do this at Walmart do you?" Can you imagine talking to a 16 year old girl who had to attend the appointment by herself? Dr. Lam is truly wonderful—kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure. She is also very meticulous about the work she performs, which I greatly appreciate. However, I’m giving one star due to the front desk staff. Despite booking my appointment four months in advance and arriving 10 minutes early, I was kept waiting for an hour and a half before ultimately having to leave without receiving treatment.
