My carpets were HORRIBLE!! Let's just say white carpet, four kids, and four inside furbabies is a recipe for carpet disaster... T&T saved the day. My carpets are white again! Thanks Juan!! Horrible experience, got mold in my house I was renting and the guys nephew works at T and T, Patrick. T and T didn’t corporate when I called to ask questions. Patrick examined the house and verbally told me it’s mold and it’s pretty bad moisture readings but in his paperwork (the sheet I finally got post inspection, after fighting with T and T for a copy, said no mold etc) because of that I fought with the slumlord and could not save my stuff and I lost my home and belongings for my young daughter and I.

Had my carpets and air ducts cleaned. The gentleman Juan who came over was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately my carpets looked great that am. but all the stains showed right back up by that afternoon. Given it was 160 for my room and a closet that was kind of upsetting. Especially since I paid for stain removal. My air ducts looks fantastic though.
I would highly recommend T&T I got a puppy a year ago waited till she was trained so there was several pee stains my carpets look beand new! They are very friendly and professional!
