This store advertises $19 haircuts, but it’s really $19 - $25, depending on the complexity of the cut. Regardless, I think that’s still pretty affordable for a haircut. The Vietnamese couple that runs this business is kind and hard-working, and they speak good English. Ryan had was particularly detail-oriented / precise when giving me a haircut. This is a great option for those wanting an affordable and quality haircut!
